Your hosting / cPanel login details are separate from the forum and you need to sign up for both.

The page to register for our forum is here:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted...

If you are using CuteNews and get the follow error:

CuteNews error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 135751830 bytes) in /home/karen/public_html/news/inc/functions.inc.php on line 489

The most probable cause is that "link spammers" have flooded your comments file. You will need to log into your CuteNews admin panel and delete unwanted comments... Or you can edit the file directly by logging into cPanel and find the file named, "comments.txt" in your /cutenews/data folder.

You may find it easier to delete that comments.txt file and create a brand new text file with the same name. This of course, will delete any legitimate comments that may have been posted.

I have a domain ".es", the DNS is directed to e-fans but i don't know what's the next step :)

You will need to wait for 2 things to happen before everything begins to operate smoothly.

1) For the DNS to resolve. This can take a few hours to a couple days... depending on your location in relation to our server.

2) Your account must be approved and active on our server. You will get an email stating whether you have been approved or denied after you sign up for our hosting.

Once the above is accomplished, you may log into your cPanel using your domain name and begin uploading and editing your files.

I cant login my account and when I try too reset my password its says Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage?

Our server will automatically ban anyone with numerous failed login attempts. This is to keep hackers out of our files.

Don't worry tho... Every few days I will clear these bans and you will be able to log in once again.
